If you like spicy, this is your jam! We created this naturally sweet and spicy pineapple habanero jam recipe as a sauce to glaze a roasted pork tenderloin. However, you can easily spice up a dull PB&J or serve atop a block of goat cheese or use as a marinade for tofu.
Tip: If you are serving guests this jam, pair with a creamy cheese or have another type of cheese sans jam...just in case one of your guests burst into flames!
